Yes, every room and environment are accessible and usable as they are free from architectural barriers.
We have menus, for wedding receptions, starting from 65 euros.
Vallechiara guarantees the exclusivity of the entire structure for your most beautiful day, which is why a minimum number of guests is required that goes to 100 people (depending on seasonality and days of the week) and up to 280 people indoors. Outside in the past we have already hosted events and weddings for up to 600 people. For weddings under 100 guests a small contribution is required for the rich buffet and the set-ups
Usually no. Vallechiara is usually reserved exclusively for guests of a single event but it is still possible to save money, if the wedding is for a few guests, taking advantage of only some areas of the structure so as to allow the restaurant to continue its daily service.
For company choice we have agreed to direct our resources to just one reception a day, to ensure the bride and groom the exclusivity of the location and the tranquility of being able to live a unique experience, with the entire staff at your service to meet every request. Only on request we can opt to reserve only part of the structure for an event and to continue the catering service.
If there are drawbacks that do not make it possible to perform the reception as established, there is no problem as everything will be done inside the room, prepared in advance, with a staff prepared to adapt for any eventuality.
Yes, we are a restaurant with a staff of “resident” Chefs, cooks and skilled pastry chefs, who work with us from the beginning with passion and satisfaction in seeing the guest happy and fully satisfied. For us, the work is Passion!
There are rectangular tables for 6-8-10-12 people or rounds of 6-8-10 -12 guests, complete with transparent Gran Soleil Bside seats or intimate weddings of elegant leather seats.
But there is no limit to the imagination it is possible with a small difference to have every type of seat, table or equipment that comes to mind.

We can offer various additional services: from photobooth to candy party, from dog sitter to pyrotechnic games, from delicious aperitifs (mojito corner, spritz time, …) to animation for adults, from special set-ups to the men-only corner “cigars and rum” , from the open bar to musical entertainment; all thanks to the support of our wedding planners. We set no limits to the imagination and wishes of the spouses!
The open bar will be at your disposal to serve, to anyone who likes it, coffee and bitter until the end of lunch. Instead, it will be your choice to include lounge corners, American bar at an extra cost for the after party.
In the room chosen by you, during the reception, on the terrace, in the gazebo or in the gardens. Usually the loud music is up to 1-1.30 depends on the chosen room. And the structure must be left within 2.30 am. Any particular requests will be defined in the contract.
Among our services there is also an animation service and baby sitting. We offer the possibility to the spouses to contact qualified personnel of our trust, who will entertain the children with games and workshops.
Absolutely yes. The menu dedicated to our guests, who can eat alongside their parents or be seated in a private room. In this way, fun is guaranteed, thanks to a team of professional animators. (The menu cost is obviously reduced). And under 3 years of age is totally free.
Near Vallechiara there is the church of Lornano, of Castellina in Chianti, Badia Isola, Castellina Scalo with a beautiful square or in the Castle of Monteriggioni, the scene of VIP weddings and film sets.

We have no relationships of exclusivity, but we recommend musical groups or photographers, obviously professional, who have already had the opportunity to work with us, since, preparing scenes for the output of some courses, we need a harmony and agreement with external collaborators, so that there are no obstacles of any kind.
Nothing prevents a selection of freelancers completely free, with the only request to know the names in advance and eventually it will be useful to have their contact details so you can plan together the progress of the ceremony.
In the face of the written commitment that is stipulated first of all there is trust, in fact the deposit is a totally symbolic number and its amount is agreed jointly with the spouses and / or respective families according to their possibilities and needs. (Usually 500 euros to set the date and 20% to sign the contract).
We give the possibility to indicate the definitive number of guests one week before your most beautiful day.
According to the communicated number the products are ordered and the staff is organized (we always consider, to be ready for anything, 10% more than your number), therefore, in the total cost the number of invited guests is taken into account.
The deposit paid is lost, as well as, in special cases a penalty is provided on the date established if the reception is canceled too late. (less than 9 months before the event).
This information is reported in the stipulated contract, even if our management is not fiscal. The payment can easily be performed on the day of the event with receipt with an ATM, cash, check or circular check.
Yes, we are covered by an insurance contract that protects us in case of fortuitous circumstances that can cause damage to property and people.
First of all contact us to make an appointment. We would like to meet the future spouses and their families, to better understand their wishes and expectations and to involve them through a visit to the structure and the proof of the menus. We foresee a cognitive interview during which the spouses will be informed of all the services we can offer so as to create together their perfect event.
On request we can also accommodate your beloved pets. There will be outdoor environments with the help of a paid dog-sitter service, able to entertain your pet for the duration of the reception.
Yes . Although Vallechiara offers an internal kitchen among services. A traditional cuisine can also satisfy the “last minute requests” of the guests, compared to the limited versatility that a catering service can offer. In addition, the price of the rental of the structure is not convenient since with price of our menus it is free of charge.
